I received the table and was planning to give to the kids (ages 4 and 7) for Christmas. Was planning to assemble Christmas eve but glad I did before. The table is of durable construction and quality is consistent with price, definately a cut above the $200 tables but not the same as the more expensive dedicated game tables. My biggest negatives, some of the pieces had cosmetic damage from the shipping, the two end caps of the table were duplicates of one another rather than mirror opposites, and the instructions for assembly. The table was sold out so I couldn't return and get a replacement in time, fortunately with a bit of tweaking and repositioning I could get it to work as is but check pieces carefully when unpacking. Also, worst instructions I've seen in a long time, pictures are tiny and blury. I think I'm reasonably handy at assembling things and this definately took 3-4 hours (partly from trying to get the reversed parts to work). Again, once assembled quality seems good and I think the kids will like it but definately check everything carefully. Hayneedle customer server was very good, offered to do a return and ship as soon as the new one's came in or give me a credit on the one I had if I could get it to work, I ended up getting it to work so took the credit.
