Shuffleboard is a time-honored tradition among leisure gamers, but it'stime to ramp up the action. Park & Sun Park Lifestyle InclineShuffleboard lays the game of accuracy and precision on an inclinefor another level of challenging play. Send the pucks both up and downthe incline and see if you can score juuuussst right! Made in the USA,this table includes 6 12-ounce glide pucks (3 red and 3 blue), a table cover, and achrome scorekeeper. Made with American, CPSC-approved materials. Someassembly is required.
A little shorter, smaller, and lighter
At 98-inches with a playing surface length of 88-inches, this one runs a bit shorter than your traditional shuffleboard table that ranges from 12- to 22-feet. But a shorter length doesn't mean less fun or less challenge. You'll find this table has the same level of game play, competition, and strategy as any other. Plus, the smaller size takes up less space, and is easier to move.
Play smarter ... you only get 3 shots!
Many traditional tables use eight shuffle pucks, but this one, being shorter in length, uses six (three red and three blue). There's more riding on each shot since you have fewer chances to score, block or bump. Plus, the games move along faster!
It's a 10!
OK, so official scoring is traditionally 15 or 21 points. But we're not really into rules and sometimes it's hard to keep track of things past ten. So, this scoring abacus goes to ten. Shorter games, yes. But also more games in a shorter amount of time ... that means more time to redeem yourself.
If you're so inclined ...
What we're really talking about here is the playing surface - the most interesting and unique feature of this table. Why so interesting? This playing surface has an incline ... hence the name. One end of the playing surface is slightly higher than the opposite end. This means you'll have take into account the incline, or decline, when you're ready to take your shot. No two rounds of shots are the same and each round requires different speed and touch.
