Problems with a Gift Certificate?
If you are having trouble redeeming a Gift Certificate, experience an error while trying to use a Gift Certificate, if your intended recipient never received the gift certificate you sent them, or if they accidentally deleted the email containing the gift certificate code, we can help. Please contact us with the following information:
- Your email address
- Your full name
- Your Gift Certificate code
- Your order number (if available)

No problem. We'd be happy to email you a copy of the gift certificate code to the email address where it was originally sent. Simply click here, and provide us your name, email address, and order number so that we may provide you the gift certificate code again.
